Calma Complex

The body is regulated by chemical messengers.  Some messengers act to speed up the body actions, and some act to slow them down.  Inhibitory neuro-transmitters are ones that slow down or calm body actions.  In order for the body to make these molecules, they must be present in our food, or we must take them as dietary supplements.  Our CALMA COMPLEX contains the amino acids and vitamins needed to build these inhibitory nerve messengers.

Amino acids make up a major part of the body, so you need to take relatively large amounts of CALMA to achieve an effect (up to 5 capsules at a time).  It is just food, so you cannot take too much.  Any extra will be converted to energy.
